How to return item to cancel the contract:
Case 1: With our return envelope
Step 1: Input sim card/ pocket wifi and smart pit card in the return envelope which is included in the order package. Then seal the envelope.
Step 2: Take a picture while inserting in Post Mail (proof of return) then send it to Customer Support.

Case 2: Without our return envelope
Step 1: At convenience store, fill out a form from the cashier and put sim card/pocket wifi and smart pit card in the box. Write the return address of our company:

Step 2: Send the copy of receipt to our Customer Support.
